To our valued customer and friends,
During the Covid-19 Corona Virus pandemic, we at Fredericton Mazda are committed to making our dealership a safe environment for our employees and customers. The health and safety of our community and employees are of paramount importance to us.
We have taken several practical measures to keep the transmission of the virus at bay. We are consistently disinfecting common areas, thoroughly washing our hands on a regular basis and have removed all common reading materials from our customer lounge. The list of preventative measures we are taking is re-evaluated daily.
Having said that, we are open for business - just not as usual. We will not be able to greet you with a handshake, however we will be very pleased to see you. Our team is also more than happy to communicate with you over the phone, via text or e-mail – whichever way is most convenient to you.
The Canadian Government is requiring all people who have travelled outside of the country to self-quarantine for 14 days. For the safety of our customers and staff, we are asking anyone who has been outside of Canada to follow this directive. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, we will ensure that it is for a date and time that is convenient for you, outside of the 14-day window. Please know that we will do our very best to respond to your needs via phone, text or email.
We have asked the same cooperation from everyone on staff. Employees who are not feeling well will be asked to stay at home. Our employees have all been notified that any work-related travel both domestic and international has been restricted. If an employee does travel out of country for any reason, he or she will be asked to self-isolate for 14 days upon their return to Canada.
The hours of operation for the Sales Department have been somewhat reduced. For the time being, they will be as follows: Monday – Friday 8 am to 6 pm and Saturday 9am to 1 pm.
The Service Department will remain open from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday.
We are monitoring this situation regularly. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.
